You can pick up your pass starting at 5pm on Jan 10 and Jan 11 at any marathon venue's WJF Box Office.

No! You only have to check in once on Jan 10. Once you receive your 2-Day wristband you must keep it on until the end of the marathon.

Valid Photo I.D., or the PDF ticket with barcode from your confirmation email is required of the ticket holder.

All guests need a QR code, and identification. If you do not have this please reach out to the contact who put you on the guest list.

No! Tickets are non-transferable between marathon days.

NO! 2-Day Festival Passes cannot be shared amongst patrons. If it's apparent the wristband has been removed and reattached or tampered with in any way we will deem your wristband invalid.

Yes! Discounted Student Marathon tickets are available for $45. You must purchase your ticket in person with a valid Student ID at any WJF Box Office location on Jan 10 or 11.

We cannot guarantee entry into any one venue or seating once inside. If you intend to see a specific set we recommend you plan to arrive early as the venues vary in size and many have limited seating areas. We follow all current NY State, NYC and CDC guidelines. Masks are encouraged but not required at most venues. We will continue to monitor regulations to inform our policy and keep events as safe as possible for our fans, artists, and staff.

The VIP pass includes priority entry at all venues, a preferred seating/viewing area (where available), plus special promotions to be announced!

YES. It varies. We adhere to the age requirements set by each marathon venue:

Manhattan: City Winery, The Jazz Gallery
Brooklyn: Club Curious, Loove Labs, National Sawdust
18+
Manhattan: LPR, The Bitter End
Brooklyn: The Opera House
21+
Manhattan: Nublu, Zinc Bar
Brooklyn: Baby's All Right, Brooklyn Bowl, Public Records, Superior Ingredients -
Winter Jazzfest tickets are non-refundable. If you would like to give the ticket to a friend they can attend using your unscanned QR code.
Please keep mind that QR codes can NOT be shared once they are scanned and a wristband is received. Wristbands are non-transferable.
